Our paths crossed in early 2014 — and looking back, it was the luckiest day of our lives!

Just a year earlier, Coralie lived in the South of France and dreamed of taking over her family farm. However, life had other plans. Only months after completing her Master’s in Agricultural Science and Commerce in Toulouse (France), she found herself on the other side of the world — in beautiful Aotearoa. There, she fell in love: with New Zealand, and with a New Zealander.

Hamish, meanwhile, was already busy transforming houses and nurturing a strong passion for property, building, and landscaping.

Fast forward to 2025: Coralie has spent the last decade building a diverse corporate career while growing our business and - most importantly - our family, welcoming two wonderful children in 2021 and 2023. During that time, Hamish has been the driving force behind every development, bringing his attention to detail and perfectionism to provide flawless homes. Coralie brings structure, systems, financial oversight, and business management to the operation.

Our shared vision is simple: to create exquisite, high-end, bespoke properties for people who value quality living in Christchurch.
